The Real Estate InvestHER® was founded in 2019, by Liz and Andresa. It has now grown to 54+ chapters in North America, and the Edmonton Chapter was launched in March 2022 by Zorya and Ilona. This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Edmonton, AB meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!

The Real Estate InvestHER® is more than a community – it is a movement. Our mission is to empower women in real estate to live a financially free and balanced life. We are dedicated to creating empowering online and in-person communities where women have a non-intimidating environment to receive the support, knowledge, and accountability to live life on their own terms.

What is unique about our meetup is that it is one out of 54+ chapters across North America, and only one of two Canadian chapters!

The Multifamily HER YouTube Channel was created to share information with our community of women interested in multifamily investing. 

Commercial real estate is still a very male-dominated industry, and often women starting out may find themselves to be the “only woman in the room”, metaphorically and physically!
